Late/Lost Deliveries

If your delivery is late, please contact us with your order ID and tracking number which we sent you by e-mail. In the event of non-delivery we can only resend the order or offer gift certificate after the Post Office classifies the parcel as "lost mail". Please be noticed that the postal office always need few months to investigate the lost mail issue.Please Note if no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local Mail sorting office.Please double check the shipping information during checking out the shopping cart.
